Our organization's goal is to assist children in maximizing their academic potential and to thrive in their life goals. About Us
Hilltop Mentors and Tutors is a non-profit organization that supports students in the metropolitan area in academic and social/emotional skills through effective tutoring and valuable mentoring. Students will be able to access tutoring services implemented by staff who believe in the value of education. Mentorship programs will be offered to students who may need support in understanding what it is to be a productive citizen of their communities. We will ensure that students are confident in succeeding in their academic, social, and emotional goals. These programs will be offered virtually and in-person so that it is convenient for all.
Our Vision
Hilltop Mentors and Tutors’ vision is to have multiple facilities around the Metropolitan area where children are able to receive valuable tutoring and mentoring services. Our goal is for students to be able to access any supplies or materials needed to complete assignments or projects given to them by their school teachers. They will also be able to ask a tutor for assistance with their school projects while working in the facility. Mentors and tutors will reach children through various ways such as, art classes, music classes, and science events. Also providing alternative, fun group activities such as cooking classes, yoga classes, field trips and more.
